At Samplize, we want you to feel confident in your color choices; however, due to the nature of our peel-and-stick paint samples, all sales are final once orders have been processed. If your samples arrive damaged or incorrect, please follow our streamlined resolution process below.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Examine your paint samples immediately upon delivery to ensure color accuracy and that no damage occurred during transit.
- 2.Contact Support
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- 3.Verification Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim and verify the discrepancy against your original order specifications.
- 4.Receive Replacement
Once approved, we will expedite a replacement shipment of the correct samples to your address at no additional cost to you.
